Child Born in UK, went for holiday, need visa to re-enter?

Post by Jack&Jill » Mon May 29, 2017 3:06 pm

Dear Experts,

Child born in UK, but currently out of country for holiday, to re-enter UK does the child need visa? I have seen just a permission is enough but still in confusion. Link below :

Children born while you’re in the UK
If you have children while you’re in the UK, you can apply for permission for them to stay.

You must do this if you want to travel in and out of the UK with your child.

When you apply you must send a full UK birth certificate showing the names of both of your child’s parents.

Yes, IHS is payable. £200 per year, so depends how long the visa is for.

Hi CR001,
My child who born in UK but going to apply Tier 2 General Dependent visa from India. In the application form, What should I answer for the following questions?
1) Did you ever received medical treatment in the UK ? (Does Birth/Immunisation consider as Medical treatment?)
2) Did you ever travel to UK in the past 10 years? ( He born in UK)

Can you please help me to answer this questions?
