I had applied for tier1 £200K Visa extension 3 weeks ago. I did not get acknowledgment and Biometric
Letter from Home office.

Any other applicant in this forum has same situation ?

Biometric and ack letters not received yet

we both team members just received emails and texts from home office nothing else.

Application Received by Home Office: 27th March 2017
Fee Deducted: 28th March 2017.

No ACK letter or Biometric letter from Home Office. No text or email either.

If I have to contract UKVI, what reference number shall i use to ask for an update ?

The Biometrics letter could take from few days to several weeks to arrive, depending on the HO schedule and postal delays.
Please contact the UKVI as advised with your personal information if you want to follow this up.

Same weeks with me too...Spoke to HO customer service and they said it is not necessary you get acknowledgment letter but it is necessary you should get bio-metric letter in 6 weeks after sending application. If you dont get come back to us.

No acknowledgment or biometric letter
E-mail and text that no right to live in UK and tell us
I replied with reference number"yet to receive" and provided the" applied date."
Am I suppose to do anything else.
Should I contact UKVI?

That is an automatic email everyone gets. Update them when you got the letter.
You should not freak out when you get an automated email/message/letter from HO. Your rights under the law will not vanish because of an email. Section 3C remains engaged as long as you are waiting to hear the result of your application.

I applied on 10 th of march and recived biometric letter on 20th of April , so it took nearly 6 weeks .. so don't worry

Hope you all are doing well. We all are same boat as i believe and I believe we should keep in touch with update what we receive i.e. general delay letter, complex letter, email or interview letter.

I have just received a general delay letter (not complex letter) just stating excuse and also telling that due to huge application already received awaiting decision and we apologize that we will not be able to give decision in due time frame. And finally apologizing for any inconvenience caused..

Letter is from Sheffied (after giving the biometric) and there is no case worker name on it.

This is no value in discussing the usual generic mails you received from HO that clearly state what to expect and why your application is taking longer that expected. It has been advised many many times that you can only wait to hear back and should expect much longer waiting times

Hi guys I got biometric letter in four days after I sent my application. Hope they would give the result soon.

As soon as i given the biometric, after 4 days i got the delay letter (not complex letter). And I have used director loan

With the blessing of God Almighty, I have successfully got the extension approved today. Thank you Zimba very much for your valuable guidance on accounts correction and putting withdrawal salary back into business account at very near time... God Bless you a lot...
