Calculating continuous period for ILR long residence

Hey everyone,

Apologies if this has already been answered but I couldn't find anything. Is there an official documentation that shows how to calculate the continuous period for ILR long residence (10 year) ?

The only thing I can find is this

But thats for the 5 year ILR

Any help will be greatly appreciated
