Breaks in employment under Tier 2 general

Hello all,

I wanted to know bit more about 'Breaks in employment under Tier 2 general'.

I was on a TIER 2 general and my employment was terminated in last week of April and to be eligible for ILR under TIER 2 general do I have to be employed within 60 days or I've to make an application under TIER 2 general within 60 days (by post) from the termination date of previous employment?

BTW I have not received any curtailment letter yet.

Yes, doesn't matter. And the application needs to be successful as well
