Confusion on dependent visa

Hi I am on Tier2 dependent visa and my wife has Tier2 visa, but i will apply ILR based on 10 year long stay, our current visa is valid for another 1.5 year.

My question is which category my wife has to apply once i have ILR in August ?. She was here in UK since 2009 but she was in different types visas such as dependent of tier2, two times in student and last 1.5 year tier2 visa.
