Eligibility criteria: Tier 1 General 5+ yrs and 1+ yr ILR
Language criteria met: I had checked the option Proved for ILR after 28-Oct-2013. However during NCS appointment the gentleman changed it to the deemed by NARIC option. I had letter visa and nationality letter from Naric that was used for ILR and also had the degree certificate hence I did not question.
