1. I would like to know for RLMT does job advert has to have closing date and salary range - Is it mandatory?

2. Can job description be amended during 28 days of job posting?

3. Could anybody post a like to UKVI site where I can find full requirements for Job advert specification?

Yes, you need to specify the salary range and closing date is must.
job description cannot be amended on jobsearch but can be amended on other private sites- make sure the advert is same on both the sites.
You can find job advert specifications on tier 2 guideline pdf- available on ukvi website.
