TIER 2 SALARY INCREASE AFTER EXTENSION

Hi All

I am currently in Tier 2 Visa and got my visa extended last year 2016.

My SOC code is 3543 and job title is commercial Manager

My employer agreed to increase my salary , but employer want to increase 25% hike this year and then further another 35% hike in next year . This increase due to my performance in last four years .

Increase is much higher than my SOC code experienced rate

How this will affect my visa status ?

I do not see an issue of having a salary more than the SOC as mine too more than the SOC experienced rate (I am on Tier 2 - G). Less is the issue.
