searching jobs from outside UK

Hi

I received my HSMP approval 2 months back. I am currently living outside the UK.

I am trying to search for job for last 2 months from outside UK. Not getting many calls this way. I can travel to the UK if an interview is scheduled.

What would be my chances in getting a job in this way?

I think your wasting your time by waiting outside UK. I dont think u will get a call if u r outside UK. Try the following job sites which might be helpful but here in UK you should be here to have a personal interview with the compaines.

Agreed.

But what did work for me was I got in touch with some recruiters (did lots of google searches, prowled around some job boards, and make some phone calls), and arrange some meetings in the UK. Then went over for a couple of days for preliminary recruiter meetings, followed by some company meetings. Had requests to come back for second round interviews before I landed back (company paid). Everything went smoothly from there.
