Any idea how long Home office or Court takes time for judicial review Now a days for Tier 1 entrepreneur?

JR process HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH the Tier 1E immigration rules. Judicial review is to decide if a public body has acted unlawfully and ultra vires, or outside the scope of their powers.

Aany idea how long they gonna take to decide weather public body acted lawfully or Not?

It will take at least 6-8 months for the first hearing, courts are that busy.

Unfortunately You aren't eligible to apply ILR unless you win the JR.
