Hi guys

Can someone tell me urgently which form do I apply on to apply for my visa extention as I was granted on FLR FP 10 year parent route now it's time for me to extend my visa.

I know I do not need B1 certificate or any other English language certificate cause i am exempt because I am on a 10 year route.

You have to pay the fee and IHS fee.

You have to request fee waiver from Home Office but applicants don't always get it.

If you have FLR(FP) 10 year parent route then that is what you apply for. You dont hold DLR based on your first post.

I have found out I was not given 10 year parent route visa when I applied for FLR FP I was given Leave outside the Rules on the basis of family or private life.

Now I need urgent help which form do I apply for my extension is it FLR FP.

I want to find out how many years route is this to ILR is it 10 year route as on FLR FP form does not state that which I was given and are there any fees to pay when I apply for the correct form apart from paying the NHS surcharge.
