Hi,

For job you will have to get Canadian degree / licence plus you should have work related Canadian references. Check your points and other requirements for immigration on; http://www.cic.gc.ca/.

Wish you good luck,

Depends on which province in Canada u want to practice as a lawyer in. I'm an English qualified solicitor and was thinking of going to live in Canada. Last time I was there, I paid a visit to the Law Society of Upper Canada (which governs Ontario) and there is a fairly set path for internationally trained lawyers, depending on your skills and experience etc. Try this website also: http://www.citizenship.gov.on.ca/englis ... ls/lawyers and click on 'Licensing for Lawyers' then 'Career map for internationally trained lawyers'.
