Tier 4 PBS

Hello,

I'm having a Tier 2 ICT and it is expiring on 23rd June 2017. Moreover, my wife is having a Tier 4 Studnet visa till January 2018.

I'm planning to switch my visa from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 PBS. But, my employer is seeing to extend my tier 2 visa.

So the question is, if i apply my tier 4 PBS and later once my employer agrees extending my tier 2. Can i switch back to Tier 2 ?

Can anyone help me with this query ?

One more question.

Can i book an priority appointment for tier 4 PBS and if my employer confirms my extension before my appointment can i cancel or miss the interview ? Will i get a refund ?

When you say you are applying for "Tier 4 PBS" do you mean Tier 4 General or PBS Dependan? If the former, the answer is Yes. If the latter, the answer is No.
