28 days confusion of ILR

Post by Dara77 » Mon Jun 12, 2017 1:59 pm

Hello to everyone,

I am trying to understand how to calculate 28 days in my case:

My spouse visa will expire on 10 September 2017 and I should apply for ILR. Would I apply on 14 August 2017?

I believe that this date is earliest for my application or it will be on 15 August?

Thanks in advance.

On what date did you ENTER the UK originally with your spouse visa?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Is it 28 days from 5 years to 1st Visa grant date OR 5 years to 1st entry to UK?

Please ask your queations in your own topic. When the date is calculated from depends on the visa catergory the person holds.
