My company (Company A) has been acquired by another large company (Company B) in July 2016. Company A reported the changes to UKVI within 10 days and the Company B applied for a licence along with that request for the TUPE purpose.
Company B has got the licence in September 2016.
In last week Company B got a letter from UKVI saying, I have been transferred to Company B and Company A should request to cancel their licence within 10 days.
The issue is, I am still getting the salary from Company A. When I asked HR, they said Company A is owned by Company B and in that case there won't be any issues.
Company B has several offices in the UK and HR has been added my workplace to the SMS portal.
My payslip, P60 etc says Company A's details and I am getting the salary from Company A's account.
Will there be any issues when I extend/apply for ILR ?
Should I request them to pay me from Company B's account?
