Priority Spouse visa.

I applied for my wifes visa from Pakistan. Its been 6 weeks and no reply, i have paid priority & was told it should be here by 15 working days. Its been 30 working days and no answer. Anyone is the same position, is there a delay which i am unaware of?

There seem to be extremely busy at this time. I applied in April ( 2nd Week) and just received the visa today with no emails and no phone calls.
