Hi,
Today i received my processed Visa Application with a Refusal on ground of IELTS.
I gave IELTS- Academic with 7.5 overall bands and did not achieve 6.5 in any of the sections.
They refused visa stating you gave wrong IELTS and claiming point was incorrect.

Please help its urgent.

I had even submitted UK NARIC, but they did not even considered.

they have granted me administrative review.

you should have given ielts for ukvi. Only.
Was it a Naric certificate confirming that your qualification meets the english requirement or was it naric letter confirming that qualification is equivalent to uk qualification. If its latter, then again, no use.

Hi,
I have NARIC letter stating " IS COMPARABLE TO BRITISH BACHELOR (HONORS) DEGREE STANDARD"

If you read Tier 2 Guidance it says that
"The degree must:
 be recognised by National Academic Recognition Information Centre for the UK (UK
NARIC) as equivalent to a UK bachelor’s or master’s degree or PhD; and

 have been accessed by UK NARIC as having been taught in English to the relevant
standard. "

Also there is a mistake from UKVI, on refusal letter they stated the number declining my IELTS report is wrongly written then which i gave with application and with my IELTS report form. That is someone else report number written in my application.

The Refusal letter also says that

"REFUSAL OF VISIT VISA"

I applied for Tier 2 upto 5 years General Migrant.

Hi,
My Visa was refused on the grounds of wrong IELTS exam instead of IELTS for UKVI. My employer has confirmed to get me a new CoS.

Do my employer has to go for RLMT again? Or they can use the old RLMT to apply for a new CoS?
