Hsmp visa processing

HI,

I had applied for HSMP visa and my documents reached Home office on 24Feb08. My i know what is the processing time its taking for getting approval from HO. I had seen few of the messages in the form and people say they had called customer care and then they got there reference number. if that so then whom i should call . it would be really great if anyone give me the customer care number as well.

01142074074. After dialling, type 12 then wait, they will ask DOB and your name. Good luck!
