Director of Limited company

Hi Team,

I have recently working as a director of a limited company. My dependent was not working but she will join my limited company as secretary.

i am a British Citizen but my dependent is under is having FLR (M) visa as a dependent of British citizen.

Can you please advise what documents should I keep when I will apply for ILR for my dependent wife?
Is there any particular eligibility in terms of finance that I should keep in mind?
Can I show the income of my wife and myself together?

Please advise. Any pointers will be helpful.
