Switch Visa from ICT Tier2 to Tier 2 Genral

Hi All,
I came to Belfast with ICT Tier 2 visa on December 2016.
Can I switch from ICT Tier 2 visa to Tier 2 General visa or apply for Tier 2 General visa without cooling off period.

The post link you have attached is 6 years old and as per my information rules has been changed in 2016 but I am not 100% sure.

The rules change every year but there has been no change to the cool off requirements in my knowledge. 12 months cool off still applies for the switch/new leave you intend to make unless you are earning a very high salary ~ £155k

True. Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General was abolished for entrants since April 2011(6 years back)
