My FBI record shows the following offence:
"1. Arrested or Received 2000/11/20
AGENCY- Usins Buffalo (NYINS1000)
CHARGE- 1-8 USC 1182A(7)A (I)I Immigration without an immigrant visa

COURT-
CHARGE-8 USC 1182A(7)A (I)I Immigration without an immigrant visa
SENTENCE- I862 NOtice to Appear served, court date to be determined
RECORD UPDATED 2008/01/18"

Is the above offence for which a hearing date is pending would render me inadmissible to Canada?

I thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter and look
forward to receiving some clarification.

Yes it should. If court find you not guilty then case is different.
