Sorry to hear about your refund from the HO; however, I will encourage you not to be updet that members are not replying yet. It may be due to the fact that no one can guess what went wrong that make HO to refund your money. Your best bet will be to wait until you received further correspondence from HO. You can then come back to the forum for advise when you have the reason(s) from HO to hand

Why was your former sponsor's licence revoked? Was it a coincidence that the licence was revoked less than 1 month after you submitted your extension application.

How did you meet the criteria for entrepreneur visa?

Did your new sponsor carry out RLMT?

The caseworker must be overwhelmed by the variations that have happened.

No one can tell why your application fee was refunded.
Maybe you overpaid in the process of changing from one type to another. Especially when you kept paying for priority and never got priority service.
Your IHS was not refunded. So it might be a good thing.

Just relax and wait for the outcome
I am not a lawyer and do not claim to be one. All my comments here are based on my opinions, experience and interpretation of the appropriate UKVI guidance documents and immigration rules.
