T2G ILR Eligibility, Dependants Qs

Hi All, I have some questions on my ILR dates etc.,

My Tier2 General Visa was granted on 03/08/2012 and my dependant visa on 20/08/2012. We had an extension in 2015. We came to UK on 11/10/2012 and now 1-2 months away from ILR. My questions are

1. Based on visa/entry date, What is the earliest date we can apply for ILR together?
2. My son was born here in 2014 - Should I apply for ILR for him or exclude him out of the process. Once we get ILR, can we apply direct citizenship? When is the right time to do it?
3. As Tier2 General, should i need to contact NARIC to get my educational certificated validated to prove English language test?
4. When is the right time to attemp for Life in UK exam?

1. Date of visa issue for you and date of entry for your dependents and no more than 28 days before each Date.

2. Correct. You can apply for BC foe UK born some as soon as you get ILR and your BRP card.

3. Not sure for you but spouse needs B1 English and LIUK.

4. At any time, it does not expire.
