EEA QP and FM Residence Card

We sent an application for a Residence Card (FM) and Certificate of Registration (QP) on the 18th April 2017 and it was received by the HO on the 19th April. There has been nothing since then. No payment taken and no acknowledgement. Does anyone know the possible reasons for this? Is anyone in this position?

I would suggest to call UKVI on 0300 123 2253
The same happened to me in January
