Hello Seniors

Urgent Help needed, Please help

I have the compilation report in the annual accounts.
Only the Accountancy firm name, registration, address is there.
Do I have get sign and stamp of the accountant.
I am submitting my application soon.
Please advice.

Any advice for my post please.

If the accountant sign is mandatory, I need to get sign on the compilation report.
