Beow is my wife details.
Date of arrival: 08/08/2013
Visa category mine: tier 1 general
Visa category wife got it: tier 1 general partner
First Extension applied date: April/May 2015
First Extension received date: 19/06/2015 to 19/12/2017
Visa category mine: ILR on ten year base
Visa category wife: Spouse/partner leave to remain
i am now British citizen with one daughter also British citizen.
I believe she need to extend her stay by applying FLR(M) until she completes either five years.
I have 3 questions….
1) Did she need to pay NHS money again as she paid on first FLRM extension? Yes. £500
2) Did she need to give English exam A2 again as she pass on first FLRM extension? Not if the test is still on the approved list.
3) What is currant waiting time approx. going in postal or online application? Postal applications can take up to 3 months to process. An in-person application (with the additional fee of £590) submitted at a PSC is generally decided on the same day
Can somebody advise me please?
