How is RLMT expiration date calculated ?

Hi

1. I am wondering how the RLMT expiration date is calculated by UK HO?

For example, if the RLMT was conducted between January 1- February 1, will it expire on July 1 or August 1 of the same year?

2. Also, I'm waiting for July's allocation decision for my CoS. What is the latest date that I can apply for my Tier 2 General visa to avoid rejection on the basis of RLMT expiration considering that my RLMT was conducted between Jan 1 - Feb 1?

Below is the text from Sponsor guidance:
The vacancy must have been advertised for at least 28 days within the 6 months before you assign the CoS to a migrant.

The keyword is "within". IMO, the RLMT will expire on 1st July in your case.

In that case, since I'm still waiting for my CoS, by the time I have one and apply for my Tier 2 visa, it's certain that my application will get rejected ?
