I have applied with family on 7th March'17 and Bio metric done on 18th March but still no update. The online status is showing is Awaiting a decision and Application status updated on 25 May 2017.

Same here. I applied on 08th March plus 3 dependents ( wife + 2 kids), still awaiting decision updated on 25 May!!!

Wrong ref number

Same thing happened to me the other day. Massive anti-climax

you need to remove the 0 while entering the ref no from the letter received for biometric. For example mine started with 022..... I had to enter without 0 else getting message wrong ref no. In addition for my dependents I was getting the same message with their ref no possibly because all of the applications were posted together and all of them are tied to my ref no

Just a question, I called up UKBA today to find out status of my application. It is a spouse visa priority application submitted in lahore
Person on the phone said to me that you application has been considered and is now awaiting decision. And said it can take up to 12 weeks but hopefully couple of weeks and you will have an answer
Does it mean that they have already seen the application ?

This online service is in full shambles ... when i use Home Office Reference number starting from NXXX it saying decided on 20 April 2016 ... and when I use Case Reference Number starting 0XXXXX it saying awaiting decision on 25th May 2017.

Both reference numbers are on same bio-metric letter i received few months ago. This is totally insane. We paid so much money for ILR and Naturalization applications and received stone age service from UKVI.

Total disappointment.

I checked status again today. 1 reference change to decided from 25th May to 19th of december 2016 and 2nd reference still still showing 25th May decision awaiting. I don't knw why its showing that old date now i even didn't apply that time.

Given that quite a few people who applied in March are still waiting for a decision and none of the applicants from April or May have reported receiving a decision, I think it very unlikely that they have decided your application or will in the near future. Have a look at the timeline threads (and feel free to submit your own timeline to the June thread) and you'll get a good idea of when you can start expecting to receive a decision/see the online status of your application change to "Decided".

as per above, i am exactly the same, i applied same day via NCS, i have not been able to check as the ref kept saying not recognised, after i read your post, i went on to check and to my amazement, i got the same, my application has been considered and awaiting decision. updated same day as you. I also got a text from HMPO 2 weeks ago advising i would be contacted by 14/07 if further info is needed, if not to expect my passport by this day, passport fees deducted last week.

Pls check one more time as in my case I got the same but realised one was ref no for my ILR and the decided one was for my ILR application for last year. However awaiting decision is for the one for citizenship. My be your case is different but sharing my experience worth another check just to see if my point makes sense.
