Health Surcharge

I am just filling the information for healthcare surcharge. My visa type is Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension it is for 2 years. The website is asking me to pay 600 each me and also dependents. But i read its 200 per year per person. it should be 400 each. Any information on that please seniors. There is no selection of tier 1 ext. its only tier 1 entrepreneur which is obviously 3 yrs may be.

You pay for 3 years IHS and after extension is granted you will get £200 refund per person
