tier 2 (general) dependent visa docs checklist

HI,
currently i am staying in India and my ex-employer from UK are willing to call me . They are sponsoring my visa (General tier 2). I just wanted to know can my husband also apply with me as dependent while i apply for general visa? if yes, what documents he would be needing for visa application?
SInce i would be staying at my friend's house in UK, what document we would need to show that we would be staying there?

read the guidance for dependents visa. pretty straight forward.
no evidence of arrangement of accommodation required at this stage.
