HSMP approved on unpaid appeal

hi,
after all my hard work and help of almighty i got approval today.
initally they refused, but then i send unpaid appeal and after 3 months i recveived HSMP approval.
Currently i m in UK and preparing for exams on a visit visa.i would like to know is it possible that i will switch my status freom UK instead of going back to my country again.
i have to appear in 2 exams in next 3 months.

Congrats on ur approval.

Will u plz throw light on ur case (y refused) also date of unpaid appeal and approval .
I have also sent an unpaid appeal 1.5 months ago but no response.
I will be thankfull for ur help.

big congrats on your approval! if you're an out of country applicant you will need to go back to your country for EC.

Congratulations on your success, yes pliz do help us by provide us more detail of your application and how you went about with your paid appeal. Lightspace is right you will have to have your Entry Clearance processed from your home or resident (where you live and work or study) country. i suppose you could also use the time now that you are waiting for your exams to apply for jobs and then rush back home for EC and come back to your new job

Hi,
HO overlooked my application and send me a refusal initally .
i have written application of review request and send my work experience letters again.
They have taken 3 months for taking decision.Initally they took only 1 week for my refusal.

Do you mean you sent the SAME information again for your appeal and it was successful the 2nd time???
