ILR next year - one confusion

Post by umair2017 » Fri Jul 07, 2017 12:46 pm

Hi gurus,
this immigration board has helped me alot in answering some questions about entrepreneur extension. I got my entrepreneur extension in jan 2017 and its my 9th year in uk, next year by oct, i will be applying for ilr based on 10 yrs long residence.
before getting entrepreneur visa in 2013(initial), i was on psw and working for tesco, however, i had to give one month notice to my employer for leaving job, i got my initial visa in nov 2013, but left job in dec 2013, so there is one month NI contribution on my initial visa.
just a quick question, will it affect my ilr application based on that one month extra work?

please advise me. thanks

Under Tier 1E rules, you are not allowed to be employed, the exception being employed in your own business(es). So you had no right to work for anyone after your Tier 1E visa was granted. This really is at the discretion of the HO
