documents required for Tier 2 dependent visa extension

Hello,

I am currently on ILR (from Tier 2 General) since sep 2016 and my wife moved to UK around March 2106 and her current dependent visa expires in sep 2017.

Could someone please list the documents we have to submit for the extension?

1. Is COS or anything required for this from employer?
2. do we have to show English langauge proficiency?
3. for maintenance of funds can we show the savings bank statement or only current account statement is accepted?
