Out of Country - Tier 2 Dependent

Dear Experts,

Quick question: I'm dependent for my husband, and currently came to home country for holiday. In between my husband(main applicant) got new job. My visa is expiring soon, may be in a week time. I'm applying for dependent visa from my home country, do I need to submit my husband's offer letter as supporting document?

Can any one please guide what are the supporting documents need to submit?
Please don't provide the Tier 2 dependent guidance link (or) gov.uk link.. its really confusing.
Help me giving manually typed what are the documents need to submit?

you must provide your husband new visa. you cant apply dependent visa using offer letters.
