Dear Zimba and Seniors
I am filling extension application Table 3b2. I have one employee start on 1/6/2016 till 30/8/2016 full time 3 months. then he does not work zero hours for 2 months 1/9/2016 till 20/10/2016. Then he works from 1/11/2017 to 30/12/16 Part time. Then he does not work again zero hours but he is still in the payrol may be if we call him.Then i remove him from payrol FPS in May end the job. How would you please write in this table? Regards

2nd question please. My accountant printed my CAR Report. Is it acceptable or i need to get it from HMRC by post or online please?

You need to list different rows in the table when someone had a change in one of the columns of the table.
So, in your case, I would see it as two rows - one for FT and the other for PT. Zero hours doesn't matter and he would have no payslip or the payslip will show that.
The zero hours working periods will not be counted towards your job creation, of course.

So the end date will be 31/12/2016 ? but i removed him from payroll in may.?

Your FPS will show the end date as May '17, so I would suggest you show May '17 also in the table

So Row 1 would be from 1/6/2016 till 20/10/2016.
Row 2 from 1/11/2016 to May '17
