One Day In Country Dependent Application Who Is Switching

Can someone who is on a Tier 1 (one) visa change to Tier 2 (two) Employer Sponsored visa by using one day service. Tier 2 Main Applicant has already been granted visa few weeks back, only the person on Tier 1 wants to apply now by using one day in country application as a dependent. Both got married recently.

i want to know my partner who is on Tier 1 currently can become my dependent inside uk without leaving the uk. i was granted my tier 2 extension few weeks back. it is only my partner who wants to apply now and we are thinking of using one day service for my partner's dependent application. is it allowed? that is my question and hope it makes abit of sense now.. thanks
