(post ILR) Notify UKVI after Passport Renewal?

Hi All,

I have got ILR couple of months back on my old passport. and now I am planning to renew my passport because it will expire within less than a year. My question is, is it required to notify UKVI after passport renewal (because passport number will change)? and if yes, how to notify it? I've looked through internet and UKVI website. There is form MCC (Change in circumstances form) but it is only applicable for PBS and not for ILR?
