A friend of mine after living in the UK for 11 years got deported back a year ago. He was put on a chartered plane and sent back as he initially refused to go when they took him away from the detention centre. He was never illegal but had a complicated history of some fraudulent degree from 7 years back and then a marriage with a european woman. Home office believed that the marriage was not genuine and while his case was under appeal he was detained and sent back.
now, the issue is that while being married for 3 years, a few months before he was deported he started seeing another girl and they fell in love. She is also from europe and they decided to marry but unfortunately the new couple never got a chance to get married as he was deported. Just after being deported he found out that she is expecting his baby. The baby is due in a months time. During this time his girlfriend/mother of his soon to be child has visited him in Pakistan as well once.
Can he come back to UK after the baby is born so that they can all live together as a family? The mother does not want to live in Pakistan and he wants to come back for the family.
Please suggest if there's any option for him to return please??
