Tier 2 - IHS

Hi All,

My brother was applying for a Tier 2 application and a dependent applications for his wife and son.

He shuffled the first name and family name by mistake while filling the IHS registration. Can you someone suggest how to correct this ?

has he already submitted the application?
If not, then manually cut and correct on the form and attach a letter along.
If already applied, maybe send a letter explaining the mistake.
In any case, not a biggy and should be fine
