hi
Sorry for the delay in replying. This the initial application for FLR(HSMP) and hence 2years.
the Next should be for 3 years. Hope this clears the confusion.

Hi,
As you all are aware the new forms are out in the link
http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... wavailable
But I am not able to see any equivalent to FLR(HSMP). This form is still versioned 04/2007.
Do we have to wait for the new form or has there been no change in the form.
Please Clarify

Hi everyone,
As a way of tracking and monitoring progress, I suggest that everyone one of us list the date the payment was cleared and the first 9 alpha/digits of the application reference. Any takers?
Mine is as follows:
28/2/08 - LT2979101xxx
Cheers!

Anyone aware about the court hearing tomorrow. Its about retrospective changes to HSMP applicants already on HSMP. like age and salary earned
any idea if that will affect people applying after nov 2006

Is it me or the HO recorded message states that application received on the 7/2/08 is currently under consideration?
Please advise.

Are they not updating? Makes me wonder whether it is the initial FLR processing time or the HSMP FLR (non initial) processing time......
Any idea?

i got my FLR(HSMP) for 3 years today
Submitted – 13- Feb-2008
Reference letter received date stated 14 –Feb-2008
Received – 05-March-2008 PP with HSMP FLR for 3 years via my pre paid special delivery envelop. (2 +3)
Following email reply from HO may be helpful for new applicants.
“Quickest way is to send in your application by special delivery and enclose a pre-paid return special delivery envelope addressed to yourself. Also pay by Postal Orders and then complete an Urgent Treatment From which should be faxâ€

Their standard form letter states that 70% of all applications are decided within four weeks.
An update - Recd my approval yesterday, 4-Mar-08. This is HSMP extension, validity for 3 years.
That took less than 4 weeks; I assume the transition activities at HO (from HSMP to Tier-1) must have delayed the process by a few days.

Dear Friends,
I had called HO yesterday and they said that they are dealing with jan29 applications at the moment. But i could see few people posting that they got the reference number who had applied in feb. I had applied on Feb 23 and there is no reference as of know.
Can any one tell me what is the current duration of getting the HSMP approvals.
regards,
jagadish
