Company licence is suspended, Can we travel outside UK

My current sponsor company status is suspended state, I have already booked my travel ticket. In this case, Can I travel outside UK. At the same time, My dependents also can travel along with me?

Inadvisable and risky. If their licence is revoked before your return, then an Immigration Officer may refuse your leave to enter.

If COS is issued with the same job description like the initial COS then is it the reason for these complex issue letters mostly if so then is it can lead to refusal considering all other aspect of that position is right eg. right salary,genuine job, tax paid to HMRC. Thanks
