I have an offer from a high-tech company in England and the employer is willing to sponsor a tire 2 visa for me. However, the company is currently waiting for a 'sponsorship license' of which they applied about a month ago. My question is do you guys have any idea how many weeks/months this license would generally take? The employer didn't sound hopeful at all and suggested that I should look for new roles somewhere else just in case the license gets refused.
