Family Visitor Visa sponsor

Hello,

I'm a company director and earn company salary and dividends. I need to sponsor a family visitor visa for my mom. I'm planning to provide following documents :

1. Sponsorship letter
2. Salary statements
3. Dividend vouchers
4. Bank statements

Please let me know if I need to supply anything else.

Secondly, when will 3 month visitor visa rule be applied ?

hi,

you need to assure the visa officer that you have sufficient resources available to maintain and accomodate the person you r sponsoring. For that you will need the following docs:
1. Certified copy of your Passport (passport main pages & all other pages containing entry or exit stamps)
2. Certified copy of UK visa (whatever visa u r on)

3. Itemised bank statements (for last 6 months preferably if not then even three months will do)
4. Original Payslips

5. Tenancy Agreement
