New Job after redundancy in the UK

Post by Chirag85 » Wed Jul 19, 2017 1:05 pm

Hello,

If an application is made for change of employer after getting redundant then is it worth mentioning about redundancy in the new application? Do you think if it is mentioned then home office will show some leniency whilst processing it?

You are applying for point based visa. Which means if u have what it takes for the visa, u will get it, and if u dont, then u wont get it.
There is nothing on discretion. there is no leniency or harshness.

Thanks for your prompt reply,
As Tier 2 is point based system then there is no need to mention about being made redundant by previous employer, right?
