a bit concerned now as my status changed to decided on the 11th of july (website said decided on the 9th) but havent received any letters yet. Members who had applications decided at a later date have already received their letters. Called the council and they havent received anything either

Don't worry. Give them a couple of days. My one was decided on 26/06/2017 and I have received my letter on 13/07/2017. Meanwhile, I have sent an email to Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk (case no was given to them) and they sent me the duplicate invitation. They took only one day to reply.

Not always. I have received on 13/07 and Council received on 14/07. You don't need to call Council all the time. You can check by booking ceremony link. Use HO reference(N*********)

My council does not provide this online citizenship booking facility so can't check. They also don't provide any info when I call. Postman has not come by yet today!

you have to book yourself and you will get 21 days which will be written in the letter.

Asohail80, coldwinter - I called the ukvi this morning since as of today it has been 10 working days for me since the date on the status update. They just called me back to let me know my letter was posted out yesterday. Once you are on your 10th day and not received letter you can call them, they were quite efficient.

I called as well - but the 10 working days for me will be Tuesday. The lady said I will have to wait until then before she can give me an update. However, it does seem a bit slow that they only posted this to you yesterday and it was decided 10 days ago...
