Hello Everyone,

I have applied for EEA(FM) and would like to send my husband's passport(EU national) and UK PERMANENT RESIDENCE Card. His passport was with home office as he had applied before me. Where can I send it ? is it safe to send through post now that it looks like my application is halfway through as I have received my COA last week. Will sending just the residence card do ? My husband is not keen on sending his passport as his grandmother is very old and want to have the passport with him incase there is any bad news.
