Flr fp applications and mm judgment

Hi I need some help understanding the new rules mm jusgment.
I have read the links shared by moderators but couldn't really understand.
My question what is the effect on pending flr fp applications specially those involving British children and overstayers parent applying on partner route.
Are 10 year parent route applicants also required to show some sort of financial support or income ?

No wonder flr fp processing is at a standstill.

Wont be surprised to see refusals after august 10.

Yes I was told yesterday many cases involving children are on hold (including mine) as their meeting to decide how exactly to apply it in cases with children & "possibly granting leave outside the rules due to those circumstances"

She mentioned some were already waiting over a month.

There wasn't any financial criteria for people applying for FLR(FP) before MM (Lebanon) v SS --although I submitted my spouse's employment contract (containing his annual salary) as evidence he is a British citizen present and settled in the UK. I've been sending his payslips monthly as well.

Where did you guys read about this minimum income threshold for people applying for FLR outside the rules?
