The HSMP JR took place in the High Court today before Mr Justice Newman. The judgement will be announced at a later date, possibly within several weeks. The barrister for HSMP Forum, Michael Fordham QC, has done a brilliant job in presenting the case. It is however difficult to make predictions about the judgement.
