Need Tier1 Ent Dependent Guidance please Help

Hi All

One of my frnds applying T1 Ent dependent visa Aug 2017 for wife and child.His providing below documents,if he is missing any documents kindly let me know as he is very concerned and want to get it right first time.

Main applicant Documents(which is my frnd in UK)

Copies of Passport, Visa and recent immigration stamping pages
Copy of Biometric Card (BRP)
Accountant Letter
Current Director Appointment Report
Certificate of incorporation
Current shareholder Details
Annual Return filing
90 days Maintenance Bank Statement with min balance £2500

Tier-1(Entrepreneur) Dependent(his Wife) Documents

Tier-1(Entrepreneur) Dependent online visa application form .
Original Passports.
Recent passport size photographs.
Police clearance certificate
Original Marriage Certificate
Wedding card
Wedding photos
TB Certificate from authorized hospital.

child passport
child birth certificate

Q1:does is child needs PCC,the baby is 12 months old?
Q2:Does he need to provide rental agreement?
Q3:is he missing any other documents?

You also need following documents:
1: Tenancy Agreement
2: Letter From landlord saying enough rooms in house.
3: Statutory Declaration.
4: Council Tax Bill
And have to pay Immigration Health Charges.

I think u dont need any accountant letter or any Tax return or any Certificate of Incorporation etc. Well I did not sent these kind of letters. But please consult with some senoirs as well..

Thanks for the reply. I understand that some of the docs I have mentioned in my query are not present in official guidance. But was suggested by few people who have applied approx 2 years ago to submit Company docs etc.

My friend &me are confused about what docs are to be submitted. In guidance it doesn't mention anything related to Rental agreement or Does PCC and other medical certificate is required for 10months baby.

I request Zimba88 and other respected gurus and experienced members to please help my friend in submitting the Right docs.
