Tracking Application

I was wondering if it was possible to get advice on tracking an application submitted for my wife. The application was submitted to Mirpur VAC and two ref. numbers were given. One is GRY-PK-xx-xxxxxx-x and the other is QML/xxxxxx/xxxxxx/x. When i go to the https://www.vfsglobal.org/applicantstatus.aspx website it says neither of these numbers invalid or asks to enter a valid application number. Can you please advise if this is the correct website that i am using to track the application and which of the two ref no. i should be using and is the format of the application numbers ok.

use the refence number begin with QML and your date of birth.
If it doesnot work, you might call VAC for help.

try this web site and at the end of the page its track yours application,you beter call them caz some time they get there file back from embacy but they put in web site bit late.my hubby call evevry day so one day they said yours pasport is here and you can colect and evevn my hubby came home and still web site show.its in process lolzzz
so it beter you call them and check your application status.
